Once your damage report has been submitted, a few things happen.
- Your report is reviewed by one of the Kounter team and assessed. If any additional information is required, you'll be contacted by email.
- After the all the information is reviewed, internally repair quotes, processes and sign-off take place as quickly as possible.
- Once all the internal processes are completed, you'll be contacted to arrange a repair visit. This is to allow one our team or third party contractors to visit your store to make the required repair.
- Once the repair is completed, your report will be marked as completed.
